Welcome to use the TodayKa application (hereinafter referred to as "this App"). This User Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you and the developer of TodayKa (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us") regarding your use of this App. Please read and understand all terms of this Agreement carefully. Once you download, install, access, or use this App in any way, it means you agree to accept and comply with all terms and conditions of this Agreement.

1. Service Content

TodayKa is a utility application designed to help users calculate and prompt credit card interest-free periods. The main functions of this App include:

Allowing users to manually enter their credit card statement date and repayment date.
Automatically calculating credit card interest-free periods based on user-entered information.
Providing interest-free period expiration reminders to help users avoid overdue repayments.
Providing paid feature unlocking, such as permanently unlocking all premium features. Paid content may include but is not limited to ad-free experience, additional advanced calculation tools, enhanced reminder settings, or other exclusive features.
Other auxiliary functions related to credit card management that may be provided.

2. User Notice

User Responsibility: You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for all information you enter when using this App (such as credit card statement date, repayment date, etc.). You should ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the entered information. You are solely responsible for any consequences caused by errors or delays in the information you enter.
Disclaimer: The interest-free period calculation and reminder functions provided by this App are for reference only and cannot guarantee complete accuracy. The specific interest-free period of a credit card is subject to the regulations of the issuing bank. We are not responsible for any losses caused to you by deviations in the calculation results or delays in reminders of this App.
Paid Content: You understand and agree that some functions of this App may require paid unlocking to use. The unlocking price, specific functions, and purchase method are subject to the display on the purchase interface within this App. We reserve the right to adjust the price and included functions of paid content, and will inform you through in-App notifications or updated agreements at that time. You should carefully read and confirm the relevant payment details before paying.
Prohibited Conduct: When using this App, you shall not engage in any behavior that violates laws and regulations, infringes on the rights and interests of others, or interferes with the normal operation of this App, including but not limited to:
- Disseminating illegal or harmful information.
- Intruding into or destroying the server or related network facilities of this App.
- Using this App for any commercial activities.
- Maliciously attacking or tampering with the functions or data of this App.
Modification and Termination of App: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate all or part of the services of this App at any time without prior notice to you. We are not responsible for any losses caused to you by the modification, suspension, or termination of services.
Device Requirements: Using this App requires you to have a mobile device and operating system that meet the requirements. You shall bear the usage problems that may be caused by device or system incompatibility.

3. Intellectual Property

The interface design, icons, text descriptions, and other original content of this App are protected by relevant intellectual property laws and regulations. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, all intellectual property rights belong to us. Without our written permission, you may not copy, modify, disseminate, or use any content of this App in any form.

5. Disclaimer

This App is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not make any express or implied warranties regarding the availability, reliability, accuracy, completeness, or suitability of this App.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use this App.

6. Limitation of Liability

In any case, our total liability to you, whether based on contract, tort, or other legal theories, shall not exceed the fees (if any) you actually paid to us for using this App. For free functions for which you have not paid fees, our maximum liability is zero.

7. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

The conclusion, performance, and interpretation of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved first through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, it shall be submitted to a competent People's Court for resolution through litigation.

8. Other Terms

Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of this App and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous written or oral agreements.
Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Language: This Agreement is written in Chinese. If there are translated versions of this Agreement in other languages, the Chinese version shall prevail.
